Delegate Information

Procession and Regalia

As with all formal academic ceremonies, the Inauguration ceremony will include an academic procession, with participants wearing academic regalia.

Individuals in the academic procession will include trustees, faculty, alumni, student government association, representatives from the professional employees and support staff, College leadership and other leaders of higher education.

The academic procession will begin at 1:00 p.m.  Delegates are asked to arrive to the assigned room as noted below by 11:45 a.m. on October 7, 2016, and to please provide their own regalia. 

11:45 a.m.           Inaugural Luncheon for Delegates

12:30 p.m.           Delegate Robing

12:45 p.m.           Procession Assembly

1:00 p.m.             Inauguration Ceremony

The room will be secured during the procession and ceremony if you wish to leave any of your possessions.  Please limit the number of personal possessions you wish to leave behind.

Room Assignment

The College Lounge is located upstairs in John Vanderlyn Hall, Room 203, at SUNY Ulster, 491 Cottekill Road, Stone Ridge.
