Noncredit Service and Transfer Fees
There may be certain fees applied for withdrawing, requesting a transfer from one class or session to another, and for other administrative services.
Credit Courses
Any student who is registering for a credit bearing course must adhere to the term registration deadline in order to avoid late fees. Students who are registered for credit courses totalling 6 credits or more are also required to provide medical records. Students who live outside of Ulster County are subject to an “out of county” fee.
Refunds
Full refunds are issued up to two weeks prior to class. For refund requests less than two weeks prior to the start of class there will be a prorated administrative fee of 25% of the cost of the class up to a maximum of $50. No refunds will be granted on or after the start date of the class.
For grant funded courses or tuition covered through an agreement between the College and a third party, the fee policy may be adjusted according to the conditions or provisions of the contract.
Class Cancellations
In the event of severe weather conditions or other emergencies, it may be necessary to cancel a class meeting. Such classes are usually made up at a later date. If you are unsure about whether classes are cancelled due to weather, visit the website homepage for any alerts.
