Full term, 15 weeks (1/20-5/14) 

  • Prior to first day of classes (before 1/20) 100% refund
  • During first week of classes (1/20-1/28): 75% refund
  • During second week of classes (1/29-2/3): 50% refund
  • During third week of classes (2/4-2/9): 25% refund
  • During fourth week of classes (2/10):  

First Half term, 7 weeks (1/20-3/10)

  • Prior to first day of classes (before 1/20) 100% refund
  • During first week of classes (1/20-1/26): 25% refund
  • During second week of classes (1/27-1/29): drop course, no refund 
  • Withdrawal period begins 1/30 (no refund, W) 
  • Last Day to Withdraw is 3/10

Express term, 10 weeks (2/18-5/5)

  • Prior to first day of classes (before 2/18) 100% refund
  • During first week of classes (2/18-2/24): 60% refund
  • During second week of classes (2/25-3/3): 30% refund
  • During third week of classes (3/4):  drop course, no refund
  • Withdrawal period begins 3/5 (no refund, W) 
  • Last Day to Withdraw is 5/5

Second Half term, 7 weeks (3/11-5/5)

  • Prior to first day of classes (before 3/11) 100% refund
  • During first week of classes (3/11-3/24): 25% refund
  • During second week of classes (3/25-3/27):  drop course, no refund 
  • Withdrawal period begins 3/28 (no refund, W)
