Ulster Community College Foundation, Inc. awards scholarships recognizing students who strive for and achieve excellence. We have grown over the past forty years thanks to our generous donors.

  • In 1976, our foundation awarded $15,000 in scholarships.
  • In 2016-2017 SUNY Ulster will reach record scholarship awards – upwards of $400,000 to more than 260 students.
  • In 2015, The United States Department of Education listed SUNY Ulster in the top 100 2-Year Public Colleges in the United States for the low cost of education after financial aid and scholarships!
  • Our thanks to our donors for supporting our foundation and achieving this incredible designation! We are the ONLY SUNY community college on this list.

Scholarships enable our SUNY Ulster students to begin or continue their education at SUNY Ulster, or to further their studies by transferring to four-year schools.
