SUNY Ulster Facilities Use Application

SUNY Ulster County Community College is an educational institution that offers its facilities for the purpose of cultural, educational, social, and recreational activities. SUNY Ulster rents Quimby Theatre, the dining hall, college lounge, classrooms, athletic facilities, and certain other facilities for use by the community (see images below).  Equipment (sound, lighting, audio/visual, etc.) and services (technical support, housekeeping, public safety, etc.) are also available for a fee.

Groups using college facilities may be subject to charges for additional security, maintenance, and other personnel deemed necessary by the college. A certificate of insurance is required for outside organizations requesting use of a college facility. Please submit your application for facilities use at least 21 days before your event.

Facilities Applications from January 1, 2017 through June 30, 2017 are currently being accepted and reviewed for availability.

Applications submitted for events from July 3, 2017- December 29, 2017 will not be reviewed or reserved until May 1, 2017.

Please be advised that submission of an application will not reserve your space until an official approval e-mail is received from the
Vice President for Administrative Services Office.
