Registration

The mission of the Registrar's Office is to provide quality support services to students. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting students and faculty with registration functions, including attendance and grade processing; and conducting final graduation certifications and producing diplomas for graduates. The Registrar's Office also processes official transcripts. The Registrar insures the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and security of academic records at the College.

How to Register

Matriculated Students New to SUNY Ulster:

Matriculated students who are new to SUNY Ulster will be sent an email invitation to make an appointment for an advisement and registration session in the Enrollment and Success Center in Vanderlyn Hall 119.  This invitation will be sent to accepted students who have either completed their placement testing or were granted a placement testing waiver. 

Attend a required Campus Connect orientation session prior to the start of the semester:  This day-long event will introduce you to your future classmates as well as to the many services and resources available to you as a SUNY Ulster student.

Current Matriculated Students:
  • Schedule an appointment for an Advisement and Registration session with your Advisor to discuss your educational goals and to plan for your next semester at SUNY Ulster.
Non-Matriculated Students:
  • Nonmatriculated students can click here to register            
                                                     
     

Note: Upon registration, both matriculated and non-matriculated students will have incurred a financial obligation to SUNY Ulster.
