The Mental Health Office at SUNY Ulster strives to:

  • Reduce the stigma around mental health

  • Normalize reaching out for help

  • Provide short-term counseling

  • Be a resource, inform of community resources, and link to resources

There is a Mental Health Counselor on site at the Stone Ridge Campus
M-F 8:30-4:30 and is available for drop in visit and appointments.
