Floyd Lattin, Treasurer, is a Founding Principal and currently Senior Advisor of an independent Real Estate Private Equity Fund Manager.  He was previously employed in the real estate divisions of Credit Suisse/First Boston and Bankers Trust Company, now Deutsche Bank.  Earlier in his career he was employed by the Brooklyn Museum and Guggenheim Museum.

Mr. Lattin received a B.A. from Antioch College, an M.A. from New York University and an MBA from Columbia University.
