This course is designed to introduce students to the techniques of basketball and to provide intermediate instruction in tactics and strategies associated with competitive basketball. The course includes warm up and cool downs, game objectives, footwork, passing, dribbling, and shooting techniques. Special emphasis is placed on drills and competitive play. Prerequisite: PED 119.
