The Children's Center
SUNY Ulster's Children's Center provides child care for children of students, faculty, staff and the community.

The Center serves children aged 6 weeks through 5 years old for full year operation. We are licensed for operation by the NYS Office of Children and Family Services, and are accredited by NAEYC, the National Association for the Education of Young Children.

Your child will need to have a physical examination and proof of the necessary vaccinations and inoculations.

In order to process applications in an equitable manner, the Center maintains an active waiting list and parents are contacted in accordance with their placement on the list. All interested parents should stop in or phone to inquire about current or future openings. A limited number of full time child care slots have been approved for community use in response to the growing need for child care services within the community.

Fees: Effective July 1, 2016

Registration Fee $25
(This is a nonrefundable fee which includes accident insurance coverage for each child registered at the Center.)

Use Rates  
Weekly Rates Use of the Center 30 hours or more per week.
Daily Rates Use of the Center for 6+ hours per day, less than 5 days per week, under 30 hours total per week.
Part-Day Rates Use of the Center less than 6 hours per day.
