The Learning Center offers noncredit and credit courses designed to assess and improve students' skills in areas such as reading comprehension, listening and note taking, test taking strategies, and memory techniques. The Learning Center is an area where students can meet with an English language Educational Specialist, with an Educational Specialist for "Persons with Special Needs," and with peer and friend tutors.

Regular hours are:

Monday ~ 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday ~ 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday ~ 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Thursday ~ 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday ~ 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Saturday ~ Closed
Sunday ~ Closed

The Center is located in Vanderlyn Hall (VAN247), and is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Wednesday and Friday.
