About SUNY Ulster

Ulster County Community College, a dynamic, comprehensive community college, located in the heart of the Hudson River Valley, serves over 11,000 credit and noncredit students each year. SUNY Ulster is a student-centered community college providing innovation and excellence in learning.

SUNY Ulster is a unit of the State University of New York (SUNY), and is accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, 3624 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104 (215:662-5606), www.msache.org. The Commission on Higher Education is an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education and the Commission on Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation.

The College's Nursing Program is accredited by the National League of Nursing (NLN) Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), 61 Broadway, New York, NY 10006 (212: 363-5555), www.nlnac.org.

In addition, the Engineering Science Program is affiliated with the Two-Year Engineering Science Association (TYESA) and the Association of Engineering Colleges of New York State (AECNYS).
