Registering

After applying for and completing the admission procedure, which includes the Entering Student Assessment, you will be ready to register for your classes.

All new students will be given an appointment to meet with an advisor. At this meeting, you will be given the opportunity to discuss your academic concerns and plans with your advisor, and then create an appropriate schedule of classes.

Following your first semester of attendance, you are encouraged to preregister individually with your academic advisor to ensure the the widest choice of class availability. Preregistration for the next semester is held during the final weeks of the semester just ending and before the start of each semester.

It is advisable that all students apply and register as early as possible as enrollment is limited. Early registration offers students the best opportunity to build schedules of their choice.

The list of links to the right will help you complete the registration process whether you are a matriculated or nonmatriculated student, cross registering at another college, over sixty years of age, or interested in registering for online courses.
If you need any other information, stop by the Registrar's Office.
