Only matriculated students may apply for financial aid, although non-matriculated students may also take credit courses.

      Instructions:
Non-matriculated students are students who wish to register for a course or courses and are not working toward a degree, certificate, or diploma program at SUNY Ulster.  Non-matriculated students are not eligible for financial aid.  Students can only be matriculated at one college at a time.  If a student has gone through the Admissions process at another school and is currently attending, but wants to take a course at SUNY Ulster, they would register as a non-matriculated student.
      Registration Instructions for Non-matriculated students:
      • Online registration – non-matriculated students can fill out the Non-matriculated Student Quick Admissions Page.  Once the information has been filled out and submitted, the Registrar’s Office will email the student to let them know they have been created as a non-matriculated student in the system. The student can then register one of two following ways.
