SUNY Ulster - Registering for Credit Classes

Registering for Credit Classes

After meeting with your advisor, discussing your academic concerns and plans, and selecting your courses, you will be ready to register.

The College holds final registration sessions the week before the start of each semester. Enrollment is limited, and many course sections are closed by final registration, so it is best to apply and register as early as possible. Early registration offers you the best opportunity to build the schedule of your choice.

Following the first semester of attendance, you are encouraged to preregister individually with your academic adviser. This process ensures the best opportunity to select from the widest choice of classes available. Preregistration for the next semester is held during the final weeks of the semester just ending.

We have six ways you can register and the necessary registration form just a click away.

Online Registration - Matriculated students can register online with Banner Web. For instruction, chose one of the links below:

If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here to download a free copy.

Non-matriculated students can print the Registration Form, fill it out, and then submit it in any of the ways listed above.

We also offer special Registration sessions on campus and at our satellite locations. Click here for a complete list.
