The Veterinary Technology Club at SUNY Ulster is hosting a Rabies Clinic/Wellness fair in the Senate Gymnasium on the Stone Ridge Campus on April 20, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
On Tuesday, April 22, award-winning poet, writer, educator and anthologist, Naomi Shihab Nye will read from and discuss her poems at the first annual Ellen Robbins Poetry Forum.
Visiting Artist at SUNY Ulster for the spring semester, Donald Brenner, will present a workshop, How To Audition, open to the public on Saturday, April 19 at 1:00 p.m. in Vanderlyn Hall, Room 147 on the Stone Ridge campus.
The public, as well as Ulster County Community College students, faculty and staff, are invited to audition for roles in a staged and condensed adaptation of Charles Dickens’ famous novel Great Expectations.
The Theater Program at Ulster County Community College will present a celebration of family love and loyalty, Dancing at Lughnasa, the Tony award-winning play by Brian Friel. Shows will be performed from Thursday, April 10 through Saturday, April 12 at 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday, April 13 at 3:00 p.m. in Quimby Theater. Tickets will be given out at the theater before each performance. No reservations are needed.
