College for Kids and Teens offers a variety of noncredit courses, primarily in the spring and fall semesters, for teens and children, with or without their parent(s) enrolling in the course. Courses are designed for academic improvement and personal enrichment.
Types of courses include: test preparation, fitness, sports, and language. Classes are conveniently scheduled for afternoons, evenings and weekends at the Stone Ridge campus or the Business Resource Center in Kingston.
NOTE: Some classes meet at other facilities.

In this two-week camp, you will explore your imagination and creativity through the expressive arts. You will be encouraged to express your individuality through art, movement and nature. Journal making, nature walks, painting, writing, collage, and clay will be used to create different things meaningful to each individual, while expanding your artistic knowledge. This camp is co-ed for ages 6-8. MATERIALS FEE: $20 payable to the instructor on the first day of camp. DRESS: Please wear old clothes or bring a smock and topical insect repellent.LUNCH: Please bring a snack and lunch that require no refrigeration.
Campers of all skill levels will learn both the offensive and defensive fundamentals of basketball including individual moves, shooting techniques, ball handling, rebounding, man-to-man defense and passing. This camp will have a strong focus on teamwork, sportsmanship, developing leadership skills, and overall wellness. Competitive games will be an integral part of the camp experience. The fundamentals learned at this basketball camp will help to develop good habits both on and off the court. All campers are expected to come with the right attitude and ready to work hard in order to improve. Together with an experienced and dedicated staff, you will learn all aspects of the game of basketball. This camp is co-ed for ages 8 - 12.
DRESS: Basketball attire (shorts, t-shirt/jersey & basketball sneakers).
LUNCH: Please bring a lunch that requires no refrigeration, snacks, and a reusable/refillable water bottle.
This camp will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed with yoga and reenergized for the creative ideas to flow naturally. The camp will focus on acting, drama, dancing, theatre, movement, physical exercises, and how yoga can help an artist mentally and physically. The camp will unite all elements of performance for children, incorporating yoga daily. At the end of the session, on Friday, campers will perform for family and friends. A great camp where you will discover the different capabilities of your body and mind! This camp is co-ed for ages 8-12. MATERIALS FEE: $5, payable to instructor on the first day of camp. REQUIRED MATERIALS: Please bring a towel to sit on outside and a white t-shirt to paint on.
DRESS: Please wear comfortable clothes to move in (no skirts, dresses or flip flops) and sneakers. SNACK: Please bring a nutritional snack.
This camp is open to all skill levels. It provides learning and fun as you develop new skills and strategy each day. You go through drills and games each day to help develop you into better players. During each day, campers will spend the mornings on instruction in basic-advanced (depending on skill level) skills (footwork, pass, etc) decision making, and tactical decisions. The afternoon will be spent putting learning into practice through game-play. This camp is co-ed for ages 7 - 12.
DRESS AND GEAR: Please arrive dressed to play. Bring sneakers, cleats, shin guards, shirt change, a towel, a reusable/refillable water bottle, topical insect repellent and topical sun block (spray form not permitted).

This camp is designed for the serious player as well as the beginner. Instruction will be on the basic fundamentals of baseball, including hitting, fielding, pitching, throwing, and base running. In addition, there will be intense work on learning and improving skills, effective drills, and proper work habits. You will be placed into an appropriate group based on age and ability. You will have the opportunity to learn about more than one position during the specialty groups. The goal is to make sure you leave with a greater knowledge and love of baseball. This camp is co-ed for ages 7 - 16.
DRESS AND GEAR: Please bring glove, bat, baseball hat, long athletic pants, athletic footwear (rubber spikes/sneakers), a reusable/refillable water bottle, topical insect repellent, and topical sun block (spray form not permitted). Catchers should bring a chest protector, helmet, shin guards, and facemask, if you have them.

This camp offers a wonderful tennis experience that is both fun and educational. It provides instruction for all levels from beginner to high school varsity player. A 5:1 camper to coach ratio allows staff to get the most from each individual's ability. Morning instruction includes the teaching of strong tennis stokes and precision footwork, both of which comprise the backbone of the game. Drills are incorporated to promote the development of these skills. In the afternoon, campers are taught strategy, technique, and sportsmanship by means of challenging games and matches. The staff is fully committed to individual attention within the context of group learning and believes that this learning experience will last a life time. This camp is co-ed for ages 8 - 16.
DRESS AND GEAR: Arrive dressed to play. Bring topical insect repellent, topical sun block (spray form not permitted), and a reusable/refillable water bottle. Sneakers are required and racquets are available if needed.
