The Small Business Development Center

SUNY Ulster's Office of Continuing and Professional Education and the College's Business Resource Center are proud to sponsor the Mid-Hudson Region Small Business Development Center (SBDC).

The SBDC specializes in one-to-one professional business counseling and technical assistance to new or existing small businesses. From its location at the Business Resource Center (BRC) in Kingston, New York, this area office of SBDC offers its services free of charge to start-up or existing businesses in the Mid-Hudson Valley Region of New York.

SBDC counselors assist with business plan development, financial and market analysis, locating funding sources, strategic planning issues, and other business services. Counselors also conduct patent searches for entrepreneurs and assist with locating product, market, and trend resources.
