Steven J. Mazzuca
During his 23 years with IBM, Steven Mazzuca has held numerous technical and managerial positions, ranging from product development to strategic initiatives supporting worldwide product engineering organizations. He is currently a technical project manager and team leader for quality initiatives, recognized as a team builder able to solve tough problems. He is also a successful innovator who has acquired five engineering patents.
Currently he is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and co-chair of the SUNY New Paltz Industry Advisory Board. He also serves as a corporate recruiting manager for SUNY New Paltz. He finds time to coach Little League baseball and youth soccer and to perform as a professional musician with the Blue Mist Band.
Steve, who holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering and two bachelor of arts degrees in engineering physics and Italian, is pursuing a master of arts degree in teaching at SUNY New Paltz. He and his wife reside in New Paltz with their two sons.
