Getting Started

To Start Here. Go Far, you have to…start here! To receive an admissions packet that includes dates of upcoming events, just complete our Online Inquiry Form. If you're ready to become a SUNY Ulster student and to enroll in a program of study to earn a degree, diploma or certificate from any of our academic programs, the next steps are:

If you would like to take selected courses as a nonmatriculated student (without enrolling in program of study) you may go directly to Nonmatriculated Registration. This is perfect for the student attending a college other than SUNY Ulster who would like to take SUNY Ulster's Winter*net, Summer Session or distance education courses.

Plus, the College offers hundreds of courses in its Continuing and Professional Education program that, while they don't provide college credit, do provide training, education and enrichment in dozens of topics, such as business development, personal health, recreation, language and travel, to name just some of the areas.

If you have questions, or need advisement,
