New Students

SUNY Ulster’s admissions procedures recognize that students enter and re-enter college at different points in their lives to pursue a range of educational, professional and personal goals. Entry requirements are found in Application Requirements and Checklist and provides a comprehensive explanation for all students newly graduated from high school or GED recipients.

If you’ve earned credits at another college or university, you’ll also want to check out Transferring to Ulster , for additional information on transcripts that SUNY Ulster needs for admission.

Returning Adult Students provides you with an overview of programs, services and alternative modes of earning college credit, which may be of interest if you are managing family and career obligations while building educational credentials.
